Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Saturday.

Carmarthenshire School of Gymnastics (CSoG) - where we offer Pre-School and General
Gymnastics within our safe, purpose equipped gymnastics centre located in Cross Hands
and offering ‘Gymnastics for All’.
Our fun, yet structured, 1 hour weekly sessions can help bring out your child’s talent for
gymnastics, under the expert guidance of our British qualified coaches. Our coaching team is
under the leadership of ‘Carmarthenshire Sports Personality (Award Winning) -
High Performance Coach - Shelley Pace and founder of CSoG Sharon Evans.
Many thousands of gymnasts having past through our doors and with many becoming
Welsh, British and International podium medallists.

Awards tumbling in…
A huge congratulations to Mared and Griff, who both came first in the Female
and Male U13yrs Junior category on Friday 24th of January 2025, in the
Carmarthen Town Sports Awards for Gymnastics Tumbling, whilst
representing CSoG.
We are so proud of their incredible success and extend our heartfelt thanks
to Sharon Evans for the nomination and writing up the list of their many
achievements. We are all super proud of you both!

CONGRATULATIONS
FLORENCE & LUCA
CSoG extends its sincerest congratulations to our
two talented gymnasts on their remarkable
achievements in Tumbling, Florence moving up to
the Women’s Senior Category 17-21yr old,
competing against gymnasts 4yrs her senior.
We are proud to highlight Squad gymnast Luca,
aged 16yrs old this week, was competing today
against some of the top tumblers from across
Great Britain in the 2025 British Tumbling
Qualification Event 1
in the Men’s 15-16yrs age category
CONGRATULATIONS
Griff & Mared
CSoG extends its sincerest congratulations to our
two talented gymnasts on their remarkable
achievements in Tumbling at such a young age.
We are proud to highlight Young Squad gymnast
Griff, aged 10, who made his debut at the 2025
British Tumbling Qualification Event 1 in Telford
today. Competing against some of the top
tumblers from across Great Britain, Griff
demonstrated impressive skill and
determination, finished an commendable 5th
place overall. Most importantly, he qualified as
one of the top eight tumblers, securing
his position in the 2025 British Tumbling Age
Group Championship scheduled for October 2025.
Additionally, Mared competed in the Women's 11-
12 age category and faced strong competitors
from around the country. She will have another
opportunity to qualify as a top-eight tumbler at
the upcoming event in June 2025, with
aspirations to represent at the
2025 British Tumbling Age Group Championship
in October.
